Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）小径の圧力室と大径の補給室とを備え、該補給室
    内圧力が開放圧力以上となった時に、該補給室からリザ
    ーバに油液を逃すリリーフ弁と、補給室内圧力が補給圧
    力以下となった時に、リザーバーから補給室に油液を供
    給する補給弁とを備え、前記リリーフ弁は前記リザーバ
    ーと前記補給室との間に設けたオリフィスを閉塞するよ
    うに弁本体の弁座に向けて弁体が付勢されてなる２膜作
    動型マスクシリンダにおいて、前記ＩＪ　ＩＪ−フ弁の
    弁体が接する弁座の下流側に弁体と弁本体とによって液
    溜部を形成し、さらに該液溜部の出口を僅かな間隙で形
    成したことを特徴とする２膜作動型マスクシリンダ。
  2. （２）前記ＩＪ　ＩＪ−フ弁の弁体は、前記弁本体の弁
    座に当接する球体と、付勢力を受けて該球体を押圧する
    板体とで構成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項による２膜作動型マスクシリンダ。
  3. （３）前記ＩＪ　ＩＪ−フ弁の弁体は、前記弁本体の弁
    座に当接する球状部分と、付勢力を受けて該球状部分を
    押圧する板状部分とで構成され、これら球状部分と板状
    部分とが一体に形成されていることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項による２膜作動型マスクシリン
    ダ。
