    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ケース内に混成集積回路基板が装着され、前記ケースの
    開口部を覆うカバ一部材が前記ケースの開口部端面と溶
    接、又は、はんだ付けにより接合固定されている混成集
    積回路装置において、ケース内に装着された混成集積回
    路基板と、前記カバ一部材の内面（ケース側）に装着さ
    れた別の混成集積回路基板と、これらの混成集積回路基
    板間を電気的に接続するバネ式コンタクトピンとにより
    、混成集積回路が形成しであることを特徴とする混成集
    積回路装置。
