    ダイオードＤ１とからなるＬＣ共振回路４と発振用トラ
    ンジスタ５とからなる構成において、上記可変容量ダイ
    オードＤ１と並列に１個以上の可変容量ダイオードＤ２
    〜Ｄｎを接続したことを特徴とする局部発振器。 ２　上記可変容量ダイオードＤ１〜Ｄｎがカソード同志
    を接続した一対の可変容量ダイオード素子からなるツイ
    ン型可変容量ダイオードであることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の局部発振器。
