The filter case includes a cylindrical filter mesh whose one end opening is integrally connected to the end of the return pipe, and a lid body that covers the other end opening of the filter mesh. - A reserve tank comprising: a reserve tank characterized in that the filter case is disposed such that the filter mesh is substantially perpendicular to a static oil level of hydraulic oil stored in the tank body.
