    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転軸上に形成したフランジの受面と、これに対向する
    支持部材の受面とからなり、一方の受面に動圧発生用溝
    を設けた動圧形スラスト軸受に於いて、動圧発生用溝に
    よって生じる流体の流れ下流側の少なくとも一方の受面
    の一部に耐摩耗材の円環状メッキ層を設け、該円環状メ
    ッキ層の厚みを最適軸受すきまより小さクシｉこことを
    特徴とする動圧形スラスト軸受。
