    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ部を有する容器、この容器内に配置した熱膨張
    材およびこの熱膨張材の膨縮によりシリンダ内を往復運
    動する弁体が固定された可動部材からなる感熱要素と、
    この感熱要素に熱的に接続された熱源としてのヒータと
    、このヒータに熱的に接続されるとともに電気的に直列
    接続された温度上昇に伴ってインピーダンスが増大する
    特性を有する感温素子とを備えた熱動弁。
