  1. プレス加工によって形成した突条を有するアルミニウム
    基板と、該アルミニウム基板の片面もしくは両面に陽極
    酸化法、加熱酸化法等によって形成した酸化アルミニウ
    ム被膜と、前記突条上にガラス又はホーロー等で形成し
    た無機層と、該無機層上に形成した発熱抵抗体とを備え
    たことを特徴トスるサーマルヘッド。・
