By covering with loops, the coated loop surface can be raised without weakening the connection of the loops of the ground structure itself. That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a knitting method for a double-knit circular knitting machine in which a raised yarn for raising is knitted into the ground structure together with a yarn for forming a ground yarn at each yarn feeding section.
以下本発明を添付図面に基ずき説明する。The present invention will be explained below based on the accompanying drawings.

At this time, as the dial needle 2 protruding outward retreats inward, the two threads 6 and 5 are caught by the hook, and the latch is closed by the old loop. Since the bellows of the cylinder needle remain closed, the yarn 6 is entangled with the outer edges of the bellows of the dial needle and the cylinder needle and held. This is an operation to ensure that the yarn length is the same as the yarn length of the ground weave formed by the threads 5. The dial needle then retreats past the cylinder needle and draws in the two threads. Furthermore, when the dial needle retreats to the escape position, the old loop of the dial needle slips past the dial needle). With a delay, the cylinder needle also descends sufficiently, causing the old loop to make a stitch escape movement in the opposite direction to the dial needle.
This timing of both hands is called advance timing.
In this way, a green area is obtained in which the loops on the dial side of the ground structure are covered by weaving threads for raising hair separately from the threads forming the ground structure. An organizational chart of one example of this is shown in FIG. No. At the first yarn feeder, the long needles of the dial and the long hands of the cylinder knit together, while the short hands rest at the welt position.

In this way, a complete course is made with two yarn feeders. In addition, 5 is a thread that forms an interlock structure of the ground weave, and 6 is a thread that forms a jersey structure on the dial side, that is, an inter, in addition to the thread that forms an interlock structure. This figure shows the yarn covering the loop on the dial side of the hook structure. It is also possible to supply yarn other than the ground weave to various ground weaves formed by changing the cam and needle arrangement to cover the loops of the ground weave. As described above in detail, the present invention is described in detail by covering one of the loops of the ground fabric with a thread for raising the fabric separately from the yarn forming the fabric, instead of raising the fabric itself as in the past. Since the loop surface can be raised, it is possible to obtain a suede-like rope with excellent raising properties without weakening the connection of the loops.

の編成方法。[Claims] 1. When forming a ground weave using a circular knitting machine having a pair of needle beds, a thread for raising the nap is supplied only to dial needles in addition to the thread forming the ground weave. , the thread forms a knitting loop with a dial needle, while being entwined and held around the outer edge of the bellows of a cylinder needle that keeps the bellows closed for a long time, so that the thread length is approximately the same as the length of the thread forming the above-mentioned ground texture. A method for knitting raised yarn in a double-knit circular knitting machine, characterized in that the yarn length is ensured, the yarn is knitted with dial needles together with the threads of the ground weave, and the loops on the dial side of the ground weave are covered. 2 When forming a ground weave using a circular knitting machine having a pair of needle beds, a thread for raising the fluff is supplied only to the cylinder needles, in addition to the threads forming the ground weave, and the threads are fed to the cylinder needles. While forming a knitting loop, the needle is entwined with the outer edge of the dial needle's collar, which has been kept closed for a long time, to ensure a yarn length that is approximately the same as the yarn length that forms the above-mentioned ground weave. 1. A method for knitting raised yarn in a double-knit circular knitting machine, which comprises knitting with cylinder needles together with threads of a ground weave to cover loops on the cylinder side of the ground weave.
