・・反転回路、ＲＶ、ＲＶ□〜Ｒｖｎ・・・スベリ抵抗
器、ＶＴ・・・温度補償信号。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体温度センサが帰還回路に接続された演算増幅器を
    有し、この演算増幅器の反転入力端子（−）に抵抗を介
    して基準電圧を加えて前記半導゛体温塵センサに電流を
    流すとともに、演算増幅器の、非反転入力端子（＋）に
    前記基準電圧を抵抗で分圧して基準温度に相当する電圧
    を加え、演算増幅器の出力端に周囲温度と基準温度との
    差に対応した電圧を発生する温度差検出回路と、この温
    度差検出回路の出力を反転する反転回路と、前記温度差
    検出回路の出力端と前記反転回路の出力端間に接続され
    るスベリ抵抗器とを有し、このスベリ抵抗器の刷子に温
    度補償信号を得ることを特徴とする温度補償回路。
