    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第一および第二のトランジスタを含む差動増幅器と、前
    記第二および第二のトランジスタのエミッタにそれぞれ
    コレクタを接続しそれぞれエミッタを定電流用のトラン
    ジスタあるいは抵抗に接続した第三および第四のトラン
    ジる夕と、前記第三および第四の一トランジスタのベー
    スにインピーダンス制御用のバイアスを外部から与える
    端子と、前記第一および第二のトランジスタの一方のコ
    レクタ出力を入力とするエミッタフォロワトランジスタ
    と、この出力を入力とする低インピーダンスの広帯域増
    幅器とを有することを特徴とする増幅回路。
