    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一端部に開口部を有し、内部に超低温凝縮ポンプを収容
    した凝縮室と、該凝縮室の他端部側に形成された連通部
    と、該連通路と連通ずる弁摺動室を介して前記凝縮室に
    連接された再生室と、前記連通路を開閉するように前記
    弁摺動室に往復動自在に設けられた弁と、前記弁摺動室
    、前記連通路を貫通して前記凝縮室及び前記再生室間に
    往復動自在に設けられた超低温吸着ポンプとを具備する
    ことを特徴とする複合クライオポンプ。
