  1. タービン起動時及び真空保持停止降速時に、高圧側グラ
    ンドパツキン部からタービンケーシング内へのシール蒸
    気の流入に依るロータの空転現象を防止するためぐ前記
    高圧側グランドバッキング部への前記シール蒸気の供給
    量を減少させるように、前記給水ポンプタービンと復水
    器との間に排気弁を設けたことを特徴とする給水ポンプ
    タービンの空転防止装置。
