  1. 赤外線センサを有し、この赤外線の出力により被調理食
    品の温度を検知する赤外線センサ付調理器において、水
    蒸気の赤外線透過率と同等の赤外線透過率を有するフィ
    ルタを前記赤外線センサの受光部またはその受光部に対
    向して設けたことを特徴とする赤外線センサ付調理器。
