の先端に接触して洗浄する刷子の運動の軌跡の図、第３
図は電極の先端の側面に接触して洗浄する刷子の運動の
軌跡の図である。 １：電極、２：電極の軸上に配設された固定歯車、３：
固定歯車２の中心に自由に回転し得る軸、４：軸３に固
定された円板、５：固定歯車２にかみ合う遊星歯車、６
：遊星歯車５の軸、７゜８：軸５に固定された刷子、９
．１０：モーターより軸３に回転を伝える歯車、１１：
モーターより歯車１０に回転を伝える軸、１２：モータ
ー軸と軸１１を連結するカップリング、１３：本機構を
駆動するためのモーター、１４：モーターヲ一定時間毎
に駆動させるためのタイマー、２０：遊星歯車の軸の運
動の軌跡を示す円弧、２１：電極の先端に接触する刷子
の軌跡を示す曲線、２２：電極の先端の側面に接触する
刷子の軌跡を示す曲線。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電極の先端の軸上に設置された固定歯車と、固定歯車の
    中心を自由に回転できる軸と、該軸に固定された円板と
    、該円板を軸受とし、前記固定歯車とかみ合うように配
    設された遊星歯車と、該遊星歯車の軸の先端に、該軸が
    回転したとき、毛の先端の軌跡が、電極の先端に接触す
    る如き位置に配設された刷子及び毛の先端の軌跡が電極
    の先端の側面に接触する如き位置に配設された刷子と、
    前記固定歯車の中心を自由に回転できる軸を駆動させる
    ためのモーターとを有することを特徴とする電極の洗浄
    装置。
