機の好適一実施例の要部をなす熱交換器の平面図、第５
図は同じく正面図、第６図は同じく側面図、第７図及び
第８図は同じく熱交換器の一部を構成する排気ヘッダの
変形例を示す概略説明図、第９図は本考案の温風暖房機
の他の好適一実施例の要部をなｉ熱交換器の斜視、図、
第１０図は同要部断面図、第１１図は同要部である取付
板の斜視図、第１２図は取付板の変形例を示す斜視図で
ある。 なお、図中１０は熱交換器、１１は燃焼室、１２は熱交
換パイプ、１２ａはＵターン部、１３は゛ラインバーナ
、１４は排気ヘッダである。

Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）熱交換器に送風して温風を得るようにした温風暖
    房機において、上記熱交換器をバーナに沿って設けられ
    た燃焼室と、該燃焼室から燃焼室の長手方向に沿って配
    列され、且つ上方に延び中間にてＵターンして上記燃焼
    室に平行に配設した排気ヘッダに連結されるＵ字状の熱
    交換パイプとから形成し、相隣り合うＵ字状の熱交換パ
    イプを送風空気との接触面積を増大すべく互いにずらし
    て配列したことを特徴とする温風暖房機。
  2. （２）上記熱交換パイプが千鳥状に配列されていること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の温風
    暖房機。
  3. （３）上記熱交換パイプがそのＵターン部の高さを異な
    らせるように配列されていることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の温風暖房機。
  4. （４）上記熱交換パイプのＵターン部がバルジ加工され
    て成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    、第２項又は第３項記載の温風暖房機。
  5. （５）上記排気ヘッダに下方からの送風を熱交換パイプ
    の高温側に案内する傾斜面を設けたことを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項、第３項又は第４
    項記載の温風暖房機。
