Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転軸、あるいは回転軸に被嵌固定したスリーブ軸上に
    、軸方向に嵌挿されたリテーナを設け、このリテーナの
    一端側にシールリングを接合させると共に該シールリン
    グを前記リテーナに焼嵌めにより固定させ、さらにこの
    シールリングを固定環に↑―接させて軸封端面を形成す
    るメカニカルシールにおいて、前記リテーナの一端側内
    周部かあるいは前記シールリングのリテーナ側内周部に
    、それらが接合する徊と前記回転軸側が開口する溝を環
    状に形成し、この溝にＯリングを嵌装させて、リテーナ
    とシールリングの接合内端部を密封したことを特徴とす
    るメカニカルシール。
