Claims (1)
設け、該段部と連なる部分から中央部に向って低くなる
傾斜部を有する仕切壁を前記底部を区分する如く設ける
とともに、一方の面に抵抗体が形成された絶縁基板に固
定用透孔を設け、この固定用透孔に嵌通される突起を前
記仕切壁の中央部に設け、前記透孔から前記絶縁基板の
他方の面側に露出した前記突起を熱融着して絶縁基板を
固定するとともに前記絶縁基板の他方の面に熱硬化性絶
縁樹脂を施すことにより前記仕切壁と前記基板の一方の
面との間に前記絶縁樹脂を介在させたことを特徴とする
