    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 反応管内に試料を収容し、該反応管の外周に配した熱源
    により該試料を加熱する第１の加熱源に試料挿入口側の
    温度分布曲線を緩やかにする第２の加熱源を付加したこ
    とを特徴とする熱処理装置。
