    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流量調節弁および流量計を有する第１流体あ第１供給管
    路と、流量調節弁および流量計を有し前記第１供給管路
    の先端に接続合流されて前記第１流体に異種類の第２流
    体を混合させる第２供給管路、および前記接続合流部に
    連設された混合流体管路を備えた流体混合装置において
    、前記両流置針の検出値を比較演算して前記流量調節弁
    の一方を制御する流体混合比制御機構と、前記混合流体
    管路の圧力を検出して前記流量調節弁の他方を制御する
    混合流体流量制御機構とを具備したことを特徴とする流
    体混合装置。
