れした図、第６図はこの考案による圧電発振器の周波数
をあられした図である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電振動子、静電容量、増幅素子から成る圧電発振器に
    接続されて発振周波数の温度特性を補償する圧電発振器
    の温度特性補償回路において、前記圧電振動子とアース
    間に接続された第１のコンデンサと第１のダイオードと
    の並列接続回路に第２のコンデンサを直列接続した回路
    、及び第３のコンデンサと第２のダイオードとの並列接
    続回路に第４のコンデンサを直列接続した回路と、感熱
    抵抗体を含む抵抗回路網とを備えたことを特徴とする温
    度補償型圧電発振器。
