Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. らせんおよびその外周部に複数個の誘電体支柱を配設し
    、これ等を円筒状金属外周器で包含しかつ該金属外囲器
    の復元力を利用してこれ等、らせんおよび誘電体支柱を
    締結固定してなる進行波管等の遅波回路構体において、
    前記らせんおよびその外周部に配設された３本の誘電体
    支柱を、軸方−同長が誘電体支柱と同等もしくは若干長
    めで、三角形の筒状をなす金属支持体で包含し、これ等
    を前記円筒状金属外囲器内に配設して、該金属外囲の復
    元力を利用して、これ等を締結固定したことを特徴とす
    るらせん形遅波回路構体。
