Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 柱と粱によるラーメン構造の直方体状骨組みにより内部
    に居住空間を区画形成した箱形ユニット・において、そ
    の四隅に立設されている隅角柱の脚部に、アンカボルト
    を垂設させ、この箱形ユニットを基礎上に載置した際に
    、前記隅角柱の脚部が載置される基礎の頂部に、前記ア
    ンカボルトが挿入可能なアンカホールを凹設し、このア
    ンカホールの所定位置に、前記アンカボルトをグラウト
    材によって固定したユニット住宅における基礎と箱形ユ
    ニットの結合構造において、 基礎の頂部に凹設された前記アンカホールの近傍部位に
    、内周面に雌ねじが螺刻された筒状ナツトを埋設し、こ
    の筒状ナツトに前記箱形ユニットを位置決めするピンを
    螺着して突設させ、さらに、箱形ユニットの隅角柱の脚
    部には、妻側の粱に沿ってフランジを延設させるととも
    に、このフランジに位置決め孔を穿設し、この位置決め
    孔に前記ピンを挿嵌させることによって、箱形ユニット
    を基礎上に位置決めできるようにしたことを特徴とする
    箱形ユニット据え付けにおける位置決め装置。
