成形過程を示す図、第４図は第３図で示した折曲部の断
面形状を示す図である。 １・・・絶縁導体、１１・・・巻線導体、１２・・・頂
部折曲部、１４・・・脚部折曲部、２０・・・鉄心。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 鉄心に設けられた複数の溝内に重ね巻きされる亀甲形巻
    線において、帯状の絶縁導体を複数枚重ねて成る巻線導
    体を、この巻線導体の幅方向横断線に対し鋭角を成す直
    線が折曲線となるようにｖ形に折曲して頂部折曲部を形
    成し、かつこのｖ形の両脚部の、前記鉄心の対応する溝
    端部との対向部を、この巻線導体がこの溝に沿いかつこ
    の溝内に積重ねられる方向に折曲して脚部折曲部を形成
    し、この脚部折曲部を、前記各帯状導体毎の折曲位置が
    互いに異なるよう設定して成ることを特徴とする亀甲形
    巻線。
