と直角方向の断面図である。図において、４は偏光子、
５は検光子、６は１７４波長板、７ａは第１のマイクロ
レンズ、７ｂは第２のマイクロレンズ、１０ａは第１の
光ファイバ、１０ｂは第２の光ファイバ、１１は光発信
機、１２は光受信機、１３は光弾性素子、１６は空洞、
１７は容器、１８は導入口、１９は接続部材である。な

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光送信機の出射光を第１の光ファイバを介して受はコリ
    メートして出射する第１のマイクロレンズ、この第１の
    マイクロレンズの出射光を直線偏光する偏光子、この偏
    光子から入射された光を加えられた圧力の変化で二つの
    平面偏光の位相差の変化に変換する光弾性素子、この光
    弾性素子の出射光に光学バイアスを与える１／４波長板
    、この１／４波長板から出射される平面偏光の位相差の
    変化を光強度の変化に変換する検光子、及び上記検光子
    の出射光をコリメートし第２の光ファイバを介して光受
    信機へ出射する第２のマイクロレンズを容器に収納した
    ものにおいて、光軸性素子に光軸と平行で上記光軸に均
    等に圧力を加えるように被測定圧力媒体を導入する空洞
    を設け、この空洞を上記容器を貫通した導入口と接続し
    たことを特徴とする圧力測定装置。
