    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一端に排気ガス入口を他端に排気ガス出口を有するケー
    シングと、前記ケーシング内に該ケーシング内を流れる
    排気ガスの流れを横切って設けられた多孔質フオームフ
    ィルタと、前記ケーシング内の前記排気ガスの流れで見
    て前記多孔質フオームフィルタより下流側に該ケーシン
    グを流れる排気ガスの流れを横切って設けられた多孔質
    ハニカムフィルタとを有し、前記多孔質ハニカムフィル
    タはその多孔質ハニカム壁の孔の平均直径が５０〜１５
    ０μｍであることを特徴とする粒子捕集器。
