Claims (1)
- イオン風を発生させ粒子を帯電させる放電極と、この放
電極により帯電された粒子を集塵する集塵極とを備えた
電気集塵装置において、少なくとも上記箪塵極を合成樹
脂により成形しその表面に導電性材料を被覆して構成し
たこ゛とを特徴とする電気集塵装置。
