Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）先端に人間の吊下具が連結されたロープと、この
    ロープの他端が巻き付けられた回転軸を有する制動部材
    とからなり、制動部材は、所要量の水を貯える水槽と、
    この水槽内に水平に支承された回転軸と、この回転軸に
    中心から半径方向に離されて装着された容器とを備えて
    おり、容器に水が充填され、更にこれが水中を移動する
    抵抗によって回転軸に制動トルクを生せしめるように構
    成された非常用の避難装置。
  2. （２）　　容器がアームを介して回転軸に装着され、ア
    ームは回転軸に半径方向に延長して固定されており、ア
    ームの先端に、容器が、垂直面内で回動自在に支承され
    ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の非常用
    の避難装置。
  3. （３）容器が回転軸に掛けられたベルトを介して回・　
    　転軸に連結され、水で満たされた容器がベルトを引っ
    張って回転軸に制動トルクを発生させる実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第（１）項記載の非常用の避難装置。
