    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 銀行側にセンタに接続するターミナルコントローラを設
    け、音響カプラを備えるポータプル端末装置によって客
    先の電話機を通じて取引内容を前記ターミナルコントロ
    ーラを介して前記センタとの間で送受するホームバンキ
    ングシステムにおいて、予め端末固有の暗証番号を記憶
    する暗証番号記憶手段と、暗証番号を入力する暗証番号
    入力手段と、入力された暗証番号と前記暗証番号記憶手
    段に記憶している暗証番号とが一致しているか否かを判
    定する暗証番号判定手段と、入力された暗証番号が前記
    暗証番号記憶手段に記憶している暗証番号と一致してい
    ないと判定したとき発信を開始する無線発信機とを前記
    ポータプル端末装置に設けたことを特徴とするホームバ
    ンキングシステム不正防止装置。
