  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 枢軸Ａからの半径が一定の摩擦曲面を有する制動片と、 枢軸Ａを中心とする同心円の空間上を制動片と相対的に
    揺動自在に構成された枢軸Ｂと、枢軸Ｂを支点とし、自
    由端を上記摩擦曲面に接触付勢された制動係脱片を有し
    、 制動係脱片の上記摩擦曲面との接触部と枢軸Ｂの中心と
    を通る線と、枢軸Ａと枢軸Ｂの各中心を結び線とのなす
    角θを、θ〉０のもとて最小となる様に設定した構成で
    あって、 ブレーキ装置よりブレーキワイヤを介して伝達されるブ
    レーキ解除方向の力が角θを小さくする向きと合致する
    様にブレーキワイヤ端を制動片の自由端又は制動係脱片
    の自由端に接続したことを特徴とする駐車ブレーキの保
    持・解除装置。
