A raised weir made of flexible membrane, for example, made of rubber and fabric, was developed in the 1970s.
-11702 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 44-2371, but to explain with reference to Fig. ) 1 is expanded by water or air from the water inlet (air) pipe 6, and the degree of this expansion is adjusted to store river water.

Note that before the upstream water 13 reaches the flood level, the water or air inside the weir is removed to maximize the drainage amount of the river. Now, if some kind of accident occurs while using the weir, such as rolling stones, driftwood, etc., the encasing rubber 1 part 1
Although this has not been the case in my experience over the past ten years, I cannot guarantee that there will be no damage over the long term.

Although repairing one piece of rubber is easy (it can be done in a few hours or days, just like repairing a bicycle tube), it is necessary to shrink down at least one piece of rubber for repair. This may not be allowed depending on the time of year when it comes to important rivers.

The present invention has been studied to solve the above problems. The invention will now be explained in detail with reference to the illustrative drawings, but is not limited thereto.

Figure 1 shows the usage status of the original weir. The enveloping rubber 1 part 1 is attached by fixing fittings 4 and 5 so as not to leak across the river in two rows on the upstream and downstream sides of the river bed section 11. (For example, see Japanese Patent Publication No. 44-2371.) Also, the covering rubber 1 part 1 is attached to the slope of the river. (For example, see Japanese Patent Publication No. 40-1170) However, sometimes a weir is formed without attaching the envelope (bag-like body) to the river bank. In addition, 6 in FIG. 1 is an inlet/outlet (air) pipe piped from the operation chamber for expanding and contracting the envelope 1. The above is a conventional raised weir made of rubber and fabric, and there is nothing particularly different about it. In the present invention, a storage section 3 for storing the rubber 1 section 2 is provided in the riverbed inside the enveloping rubber section 1, and a water inlet (air) connected to the operation room is provided at the bottom of the storage section 3. A tube 7 is provided.

The end of the rubberized cloth 2 is fixed to the riverbed with fixing fittings 8 and 9 to prevent leakage inside or around the storage section 3, and the water flowing in and out from the water pipe 7 or It is designed to be able to expand and contract with air. As shown in Figure 1, the initially erected weir is erected by the inflow and outflow of water or air from the injection and drainage (air) pipe 6, and the envelope 1 rises due to the upstream water 13 of the river.
However, in the event that the rubberized cloth 1 is broken or damaged by a boulder, etc., the injection water (air) is immediately turned on as shown in Figure 2.
Water or air 12 is injected from the pipe 7 into the covering comb cloth 2 to control the upstream water of the river. Although the repair of the covering comb cloth 1 depends on the size of the damage, it can be used again in the state shown in FIG. 1 by carrying out the repair at a time when river water level control is unnecessary.

In the above, there is a possibility that the outer sheath 1 will be formed so that the circumference of the cross section cut in the flow direction of the river formed by the inner sheath 2 is in sufficient contact with the outer sheath 1 when the inner sheath 2 is expanded. By designing the size to be approximately equal to or larger than that, if the damage is not too large, the strength of the inner wrapping comb fabric 2 will not be as strong as the outer wrapping comb fabric 1, as in the relationship between a bicycle tire and a tube. Good too.

According to the present invention as described above, even if the weir casing (external casing) is damaged, repair can be postponed until it can be used as a weir.

In addition, since the internal envelope is normally stored and installed in the storage section of the river bed, it does not obstruct the river cross section or cause damage to the envelope due to driftwood, flowstones, quicksand, etc. Also, since the external and internal envelopes are not in contact with each other under normal conditions, both cannot be damaged from the outside at the same time.
