  1. 金属部品同士あるいは金属部品とセラミック部品をろう
    材を用いて接合するろう接構体において、ろう接部のろ
    う接部表面に、シリカ、アルミナ、ジルコニアのうちの
    一種または二種を主成分とする無機質コーティング剤ま
    たは無機質接着剤を硬化させた保護膜を配設することを
    特徴とするろう接構体。
