    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部に被感熱流体が流通するパイプの外周面の一部とカ
    バ一部材とにより、このパイプの外周面に一端が開口し
    、他端が閉塞された狭小な空間部を形成し、この空間部
    内にサーミスタを埋設するとともに、該サーミスタと前
    記パイプの外周面との間に空気層が生じないように前記
    空間部内に樹脂を充填し、前記サーミスタを固定してな
    る温度センサ。
