Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （１）産業上の利用分野 本発明は、バケツ又はゾヨッキタイグの再閉鎖可能な販
売パック容器に関するものであり、グラスチック容器に
してそのロエッゾ部分においては内側口フランジと外側
ロフランゾの間に上側城状溝が設けられているグラスチ
ック容器と、懸架エツジフランジにして前記エツジ溝内
に収納ちれて容器の前記外側ロフランゾの内側の環状ロ
ックノーズ部分と噛合い、前記内側ロフランクの外側に
！　’）　’Ｃ内向きに支持されているフランジ’ｃ　
備エタふたとヲ有するバンク容器に関するものである。
（２）従来の技術 このタイプのバンク容器はＤＫ、−Ｃ−１２７−８７２
において仰られており、これによれば容器の上側目部分
には１つの環状外側７ランゾ部分が設けられている。こ
のフランジ部分は償断方向において外向きかつ上向きに
突出しており、その上側エツジにおいては内向きかつ上
向きに突出するロックノーズ部分が設けられている。前
記ノーズ部分はふたのエツジから懸架する全体としてＶ
字形状をしたロック７ランゾの外側フランジ部分頂部エ
ツジと協働しており、−万前記Ｖ字形状ふたフランジの
最内側は容器の最内側０７２７７部分の平滑な外側部に
対して半径方向内向きに支持されている。前記外側ロフ
ランゾ部分の頂部エツジを十分外向きに弾性的に押圧し
てやることにより、同エツゾは前記懸架ふたフランジの
外側７２ンジ部分とのロック噛合いから解放され、その
後ふたは容器から引き離すことが出来る。そのような構
造においてはふたの除去又は再閉鎖全特に困難ならしめ
ることなく同ふたのロックをかなり良好に行なうことが
出来る。
しかしながら、特に液体が充填された容器の場仕にはふ
たを更に確実にロックすることが望ましいであろう。何
故ならば非剛固なパック容器はその取扱い時及び搬送時
において側圧及び衝撃力を受けて、内圧が高くなったり
、容器とふたの間の噛合い領域が変形したりということ
が発生するからである。既に、例えば懸架ふたフランジ
の内側と容器の内側ロフランゾ部分の外側との間に付加
的ロックノーズ噛合い部を設けることによってふたをほ
ぼ完全にロックすることが提案されているが、この場合
にはふ１このロックエツジ内ｉ＋ｉ１＋會切断又は破壊
することによりふたを開口しなけれはン工らず、従って
バンク容器は再閉鎖ｉｊＪ　７ｊ目なタイプとはならな
い、少な（とも同一ふたによりＰ）閉鎖−することが出
来ないという不具会が生じて（る。
（３）　発明が解決しようとする問題点本発明の目的は
最初に述べ１こタイプのバンク容器でおって、ふたのロ
ックに関して改善されているも、開口及び再閉鎖が容易
であるようなへ′ツタ容器を提供することである。
（４）　問題点全解決するための手段 本発明によれは、前述の目的は特許請求の範囲Ｍ１項の
特徴部分に述べられたパンク容器によって達成される。
本発明は容器の内側ロフンンゾの外側に沿って付加的ロ
ック噛合いを用いることにより、ふたの除去を困難とす
ることなくふたのロック作用を大きく高めることが出来
るという認識に基づいている。何故ならば、容器の外側
ロフランジが外向きかつ下向きに折９曲げ可能ならば、
同フランゾはその後即ちそのような折り曲げを行なった
際容器の内側ロフ２ンジに局所的な内向きの圧力全伝達
させる様作動可能でアシ、従ってプラスチック容器壁の
弾性の故に関連する内側ロア２ンゾ部分は内向きに動か
され、か（て前記懸架ふたフランジの内側ロックノーズ
部分とのロック噛合いから容易に抜は出すことが出来る
からである。
容器の外側ロフランゾの折り下げは指先によって局所的
に行なうことが出来る。この指先は次に折り曲げ、折シ
下げられたロフランゾ上に半径方向内向きの圧力を誘起
せしめ、前記指先のちょうど内側における内部ロック噛
合いを前述のように解放させるのにも用いられる。この
位置において指先はまた外側口７ンンクの折シ下げにょ
クロックが外され、露出されたふたの外側エツジとも噛
合っている。この時点で関連するふたエツジ領域は懸架
ふたフランジの両側においてロック状態がら外れている
ので、指先金持ち上げるだけで容易にふたエツジを噛合
い領域から持上げることが出来る。いったん局所的ふた
エツジ線域が容器のロックロ溝との噛合いから持上げら
れ、外ちれたならば、ふた周縁の残りの部分はふたをそ
の既に解放された部分から引張り上げることに、ｊ：り
容易に解放される。
本発明の好ましい実施例においては、容器の外側ロア２
ンゾは減少した材厚の一体環状ヒンジ部分上で折り曲げ
可能に作られているので、同７ランゾはその折り下げら
れた位置において自己安定する。前記フランジは容器口
のまわり全てにわたってこの位置迄容易に押圧すること
が容易であり、その後同７ランゾは全体的に非作動状態
となる。
この状態においてはふたは容易に解放可能となる。
何故ならばふたの外側エツジは局所的に把持し、容器の
内側口７ランゾとのロック噛合いが外れるよう傾けるこ
とが可能であり、また前記ふたはユーザが半径方向内向
きの圧力ヲ容器の上側側壁上に及ぼし、内部ロック−介
い全解放させるべく容器の内側ロフランゾ部分を局所的
に内向きに変位せしめることで、前記四ツク噛合いを局
所的に解放きせることが可能でるるかうでちる。
以下付図ｆｉ：診照して本発明の実施例について説明を
行なう。
（５）実施例 第１図Ｉｌｃはプラスチックのふた４　１／Ｃよって閉
じられたプラスチックのバケツ又はジョツキ形状容器２
からなる荷箱の上側左コーナが示されている。
前記容器２は上側かつ内側０７２７７部分６を備んてお
シ、その頂端部は外向きに突出するノーズ部分８ｆｔ備

に突出するノーズ部分２０が設けられてｈる。かくて、
それぞれ内側及び外側ロアランシロ及び１６間には容器
２の上側エツジ部分内において上向き開口溝２２が画成
されている。
前記ふた４は中央プレート部分２４全備えて１６す、同
部分はふたエツジ付近において、直立フランジ部分２６
を備えている。部分２６はふた４の外側懸架フランジ３
０と関連する上側水平部分２８へと続いている。前記懸
架フランジ３０は容器ノ内側ロアランゾロのノーズ８下
方で噛合う内側ノーズ部分３２と外側口７ランゾ１６の
ノーズ２０下で噛合う外側ノーズ部分３４とを備えてい
る。エツジフランジ３０は下向きにとがっており、上向
きに開口する幅狭の溝３６全Ｗしている。溝３６はふた
ノーズ３２及び３４のレベルを超えて下向きに突出して
いる。
ふたフランジ３０がとがっている形状ヲしており、ゾ２
ステック材が弾性をＭしているために、ζデーＡは宛呂
フμの閣橢位置へに宛鳳ｆ佃１−ｒぼることが出来る。
またふたフランジ３０に両側からロックすることにより
ふたはしっかりと固定され、内力又は外力によって７Ｉ
ｌ！ｌＩゎぬ開１」がもたらされることが防止式れてい
る。
前らｄ容器全開口するためには、まう゛指１てよって外
側ロフランジ１２．１６の上１１１１ｉエッゾ部分１８
を下向きＶこ抑圧するだけで良く、かくすれば上側フラ
ンジ部分１６は最初ロックノーズ３４がら離し、ヒ：／
−”、山域１４のまゎシを枢動してＲＴ　２図のｉｉ　
ｊＱ　ヘとくる。次に矢印へで示すようにたたまれたフ
ランジ１３１分１６上に内向き１ｌｌＵ圧′ｆｆ：発生
させることで、内１１１！Ｉロックノーズ８及び３２間
のロック噛合いは解放さノこる。その次には前記開放と
ほぼ同時に、既にふたの外側エツジと：・Ｍ　ｅってい
る指先全特上げ（第２図ハ関連するふた部分金円ｔ１．
ｌｔｌロックノーズ８のロックレベルを超えて持上げれ
ば艮い。夷１余には弾性のために、前記ふた部分は−す
れが解散式れ定成に、ふたフランジ３ｏがやは！７第６
図に示きれるよう内聞０７ランゾ６ｃｏ頂部エツジ上に
のるような泣置全殆んどひとりでに取ろうとする。持上
げられたふたエツジ部分はこの時点で容易につがんで更
に上向きｒ゛月張り上げることが可能であり、これ（（
よりふムーエッジの残りはチャックロック作用と同４求
にして進んでｌＪ’ｌ放芒７するようＶＣｆ、ｃる。

外＋＋ｉｔｌフランゾ部分１６’ｆソｒり曲げること（
ｔＬ　、Ｊ：り容器壁上［はかなりの内向δ圧力ｙｆｉ
自動的にｉ１％ｉ　１国されること６ｃ注目されたい。
イＩｊｊ故ならば特にフランジ部分がヒンジ部分１４と
同一　レベルの水十値置中全７ンンジ部分が通過する時
に最外側フランジ部分１８．２０が半径金増大させ、こ
れに対応して容器材質も周縁方向に伸びるからである。
この側圧は十分大きいので前述したようにロックノーズ
８及び３２間は噛合いが外れる。また特にがつちジした
構造のふたロツクンステム全備えた大寸法の入れ物の場
合ＶＣは、フランジ１６を完全に折り下げることを避け
ることが可能である。というのは既にフランジ１６を七
の水平位置付近へと押し下げることにより、ふたエツジ
を把持し、持上げるのに十分なスペースが生ずるからで
ある。
１工１１１級の９４造においては前記フランジ１６は完
全に折りひろげることが困難になるかもしれないから、
フランジ１６の１つ又はそれ以上の地点において第３図
の３８に示したような垂直方向切れ目を設けると前述の
折ジひろげが容易となろう。
第４図は特にふたの構造が修整芒れた修整笑施例全示し
ている。しかしながら、第１図かし第６図の主要部分は
第４図においても同４求にあられれふた溝３６であり、
こね、は第４図においては一ト向きに開口する溝４０に
よって盾、換えられている。
内側０７ランゾ６はＪ：１１１１１エキステン／ヨン４
２を備えており、該エキステンンヨンはふた部分３゜と
２６の間の溝４４の壁部分をンールしている。
このンール噛合いは各器壁の下側部分に作用する前述の
側圧によって内側ノーズ８及び３２間のロック噛合いを
解放することを妨げるものでは“ない。
何故ならば、フランゾロはその頂端部のまわりにテイル
トシてロックノーズ８が陵遇することを許容せしめるか
らでおる。
第４図において、ヒンジ線域１４は外１１１すの１陽広
凹所４６の底部に位置しており、この環状囲ｔ％に沿う
幾つかの又は多くの地点において薄肉壁ＩＪ−）部材４
８が設けられている。部材４８はＪ■ｃ１αカ向に配向
されており、全体として凹所４６の横ＩＪｒ面金みたし
ている。外側１］７２ンゾ１２，１４゜１６と一体に設
けられたこれらのリーフ又はフィン部材４８はフランジ
部分１６を折りひろげるがＶｋ１１析ｈ’Ｔｋ’ｆ人ｒ
ｂｈＦｒｈ２υζＩ／ｉ’＝ｔ４Ｆ、＆□□ｂ−ｒ７−
−／ｈ又は変形を受けるので、入れ物が以前に開口ちれ
たか否は視認的に調べることが出来る。このことはいわ
ゆる安ヱ／−ルに通ずるものである。何故ならば前記フ
ランジ部分１６を外向きに折り曲げないで本バック容器
を開口させることはイａめで困難であるからである。
第５図は第１図から第６図の実施例とわずかに異なる実
施例を示して′ｉ６す、再び類似の部品に対しては類似
の参照番号が用いられている。第５図は６個の積重ねら
れた容器金星しており、それら容器の内縦上側の容器は
ふたＶこよって閉じられており、該ふた上には別のふた
が積重ねられている。
この図は又容器及びふたの績重ね状態金も例示している
。第５図の主要な修整個所は、ふたの外側項部エツジコ
ーナに極めて小さな厚味の半径方向外向きに突出するフ
ランジ５０が設けられているという点にある。使用［あ
たっては、容器が充填工場において閉じられると、フラ
ンジ５０は容器の外聞ロフランジ１６のちょうど頂部に
位置し、最終的閉鎖作用として前記フランジ５０は溶接
によりこの頂部エツジと結合される。向この溶接は極め
て簡単な溶接機器によって行なうことが出来る。こうす
ることにより、パック容器が）−リングフランジを破ら
なければ開口出来なくなるので、いわゆる保証ツーリン
グが提供される。１ｍ方、ｒｈ：１記フシンジは通常の
開口の際には「妓るか切ることが極めて容易である。前
記フランジ５０は必らずしも完全に環状である必要はな
い。というのはふたのエツジに沿って例えば５個所ある
いはそれ以上の個所において幾つかの個所の小さな幅の
７２７７部分又はシーリング舌片を設ければ十分である
からである。
第５図の２つのふたを比較すると、同ふたがその容器上
に装置された時に溝３６が幅を狭められることが理解さ
れよう。か（て、１ヒ架ふたエツジフランジ３０はそれ
自身の横断方向屈曲性金偏えているが、このことは実際
上は良好なロック性能及びシーリング性のみならずｒＪ
Ａ＆吸収の観点から貞蚕であると考えられる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 （１）　バケツ又はジョツキタイプの販売パック容器で
    あって、プラスチック容器（２）にしてそのロエツジ部
    分においては内側ロフランジ（６）と外側ロフランジ（
    １６）の間に上側環状溝（２２）が設けられているプラ
    スチック容器（２）と、懸架エツジフランジ（３０）に
    して前記エツジ溝（２２）内に収納されて容器の前記外
    側ロフランジ（１６）の内側の環状ロックノーズ部分（
    ２０）と噛合い、前記内側ロフランジ（６）の外側によ
    って内向きに支持されているフランジ（３０）を備えた
    ふた（４）とを有するパック容器において、容器（２）
    の前記内側ロフランジ（６）の外側及び前記ふた（４）
    の懸架エツジフランジ（３０）の内側のそれぞれに付加
    的な協働ロックノーズ装置（８，３２）が設けられてお
    り、容器の前記外側ロフランジ（１６）は外側かつ下向
    きに折り曲げられ折Ｑ下げ位置へと変形可能なるよう作
    られており、前記位置において局所的かつ半径方向内向
    きの圧力が前記フランジ（１６）に加えられると、容器
    （２）の前記内側ロフランゾ（６）が弾性的に内向きに
    変位させられ、同フランゾ（６）はふ徴とするパック容
    器。 （２、特許請求の範囲第１項に記載のパック容器におい
    て、容器（２〕の前記外側口フランジ（１６）はそれが
    折り下げ位置において自己安定するよへ減少した材料厚
    味の環状ヒンジ領域（１４）ｋ升して容器の壁に接続さ
    れていること全特徴とするパック容器。 （３）特許請求の範囲第１項に記載のパック容器におい
    て、前記外側ロフランゾ（１６）又はその少なくとも一
    部分が１個所又はそれ以上の１１４所において軸線方向
    に切れ目（３Ｂ）ｆｃ入れられていること全特徴とする
    パック容器。 （４）特許請求の範囲第１項に記載のパック容器におい
    て、前記懸架ふたエツジフランジ（３０）には環状溝（
    ３６，４０）が設けられており、該溝は下向き又は好ま
    しくは上向きに開口していることを特徴とするバンク容
    器。 （５）％許請求の範囲第１項に記載のパック容器におい
    て、前記外側ロフランゾ（１２，１４，１６）の外側に
    は幾つかの薄肉フィン部分（４８）が設けられてお９、
    該フィン部分は前記フランジ（１６）の折り曲げ領域１
    ．１４　）　’、ｃ横切って全体的に半径方向及び軸線
    方向に延びていることにより、容器（２）の外側ロノラ
    ンジ（１２，１６）の上側部（１６）を下向きに折り曲
    げることにより破り去るか祝認可舵にて変形烙せること
    が可能とされていることを特徴とするバンク容器。 （６）特許請求の範囲第１項に記載のバンク容器におい
    て、前記ふた（４　）　ＶＣは１つ又はそれ以上の半径
    方向外向きに突出する薄肉フランジ部分（５０）が設け
    られており、前記７ランゾ部分（５０）は前記外側ロフ
    ランゾ（１６）の頂部と噛合うとともに、溶接又は他の
    方法ＶＣ，Ｊニジ前記フランプ（１６）に円建されて容
    易に破ることが出来る保証シール全形成していること全
    特徴とするバンク容器。
