Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直列に連設した小径シリンダ孔と大径シリンダ孔とを有
    する異形マスクシリンダ内に小径頭部と大径頭部とを有
    するピストンを液密かつ移動可能に嵌挿し、小径頭部前
    方の小径シリンダ孔に小径側液圧室を、小径頭部後方と
    大径頭部前方間に大径側液圧室をそれぞれ画成し、リザ
    ーバと前記両液圧室を連通ずる液通路内に弁室を介設し
    、該弁室内にリザーバと両液圧室間にシール部を形成し
    た弁体をスプリングにより弁座に圧接させ液圧差により
    リザーバ方向への流通を許容する弁と、反リザーバ方向
    への流通を許容する弁とを備えた圧力制御弁を配設した
    急速充填型マスクシリンダにおいて、前記圧力制御弁の
    反リザーバ方向への流通を許容する弁は、円形の開口部
    の周縁の少なくとも１箇所に残圧解除用の液通部を形成
    した弁座部を頂部に備えた円筒形バルブケースと、該バ
    ルブケースに内装され制動時に前記弁座部に着座して円
    形の開口部を閉鎖すると共に、液圧により変形して液通
    部の開口面積を縮小する半可撓性を有する球状浮子弁と
    からなることを特徴とする急速充填型マスクシリンダ。
