Conventional coating agents are made by diluting the active ingredient or white filler with a carrier, and adding film-forming agents such as acrylic resin, chlorinated rubber, petroleum resin, vinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol with a high saponification value, and latex emulsion. It is made into a paste preparation by dispersing it in an organic solvent or water.

A method is disclosed in which a dispersed suspension of a film-forming polymer comprising titanium dioxide or the like and a synthetic polymer compound such as an acrylic resin or a polyolefin is applied by a roller, brush, spray, or the like. Also, JP-A-52-38
No. 025 contains water-soluble polymer compounds such as methylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, gum tragacanth, gum arabic, and polyvinyl alcohol with a low saponification value as a coating film forming agent, and active ingredients, carriers, and adjuvants are mixed and ground. A powdered agricultural chemical formulation is described, which is prepared by diluting the obtained product with an appropriate amount of water and kneading it thoroughly before use, and then applying it with a brush, brush, etc. However, in the former formulation, organic and inorganic acid salts of basic compounds commonly used as active ingredients, such as 9-azoniaheptadecane, are used.
Diguanidium triacetate (DF-125),
Methyl-2-benzimidazole carbamate hydrochloride (
When a resin emulsion is blended with MBC-HCl), 2-(4-thiazolyl)benzimidazole hydrochloride (TBZ-HCl), etc., the coating film shows no rain resistance, and even in the latter case, the coating formed after application Membranes have the disadvantage of being easily washed away by rain, and it has been difficult to maintain the effectiveness of the active ingredients for a long period of time.

The α starch used in the present invention is a β starch obtained by adding water and heating it, or by adding a sodium hydroxide solution, a concentrated salt solution, etc. to colytize it. Powder obtained by rapidly dehydrating and drying the coagulated liquid is also good.

Test Example 1 In order to investigate the rain resistance of various film-forming agents, a suspension coating agent obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 with the following formulation was applied to a roughened cedar board surface using a brush. After drying for about 24 hours, it was immersed in water and the flow of the paint film was observed.

The product was obtained in the same manner as in Example 4, except that Amycol H1(2) was removed from the powder coating agent of Example 4 according to the present invention and the formulation of Example 4, and the same weight of the following film forming agent was added instead. On July 10th, the powdered liniments of the reference examples were mixed with twice the amount of water and applied to the trunk of the tree up to a height of 30 cm from the ground using a brush. Separately, they were placed in a 3.3 d mesh room (using a 5 T f Un mesh).Five adult female Citrus mantis were collected from the field on July 20th, August 1st and August 10th. The animals were released in a screened room containing a tree.
