Abstract

PURPOSE:To greatly reduce the number of assembling steps of a printing head for a dot printer, by a method wherein a plurality of intermediate guide bodies for passing printing wires therethrough are provided, and each of the guide bodies is provided with through-holes having a specified cross-sectional shape. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate wire guide bodies 8 are inserted and fixed into a vertically long space part 6b of a main guide body 6 and a recessed part 5c of a base plate 5. The guide body 8 is provided with a plurality of through- holes 8a through which the printing wires 1 are passed through an upper wire guide body 2, in a plane perpendicular to a printing direction P. Each of the through-holes 8a has a tapered cross-sectional shape in which an inlet 8b is large and an outlet 8c is small.

One embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on J82 figures (a), (b), and (C), with the same parts as the conventional example being assigned the same numbers. 1 is a printing wire, and the upper end 1 is electromagnetically driven. It comes into contact with the armature and marks a dot with the lower end 1b. Reference numeral 2 denotes an upper wire guide body, which has a plurality of through holes 2m, into which the printing wire 1 is inserted, radially formed on a surface perpendicular to the printing direction P, as shown in FIG. 2(b). 5 is a base plate, as shown in FIG. 2(C), the upper wire guide body 2 is inserted and fixed into the recess at the upper end of the central protrusion 5λ, and electromagnet devices are arranged radially around the flange 5b. Furthermore, an intermediate wire guide body (to be described later) is inserted into the recess 5C on the back side of the central protrusion 5a, and the fixed printing wire 1 is inserted.
It serves as a guide. Reference numeral 6 denotes a main guide body which has a flange 6a connected to the base plate 5 and a vertically elongated space 6b in which the printing wire 1 is accommodated, and the upper and lower ends of the space 6b are open openings through which the printing wire 1 is inserted. 6
It is set as C16d. Furthermore, one side of the main guide body has an open opening 6C, through which an intermediate wire guide body and a lower wire guide body, which will be described later, are inserted as shown in FIG. 3, and each guide body is fixed with a cover 7. . Reference numeral 8 denotes an intermediate wire guide body which is inserted and fixed into the vertically elongated space 6b of the main guide body 6 and the recess 5C of the base plate 5. In this intermediate wire guide body, a plurality of through holes are formed on a plane perpendicular to the printing direction P, through which the printing wire 1 communicates through the upper wire guide body 2, and the through holes 8 & are formed in the printing wire 1. The inlet 8b into which the is inserted has a tapered cross-sectional shape that tapers toward the outlet 8C. Fourth, a plurality of intermediate wire guide bodies are pushed and fixed into predetermined locations of the space 6b of the main guide body 6 and the recess 5C of the base plate 5, and the plurality of printing wires 1 are communicated with the through holes of each guide body. There is. Reference numeral 9 denotes a lower wire guide body, which has a plurality of straight through holes 9a, through which the printing wire 1 is pushed, curved at right angles to the printing direction P, as shown in FIGS. 4(a) and 4(b). With,
Printing wire 1 made of high friction material such as ceramic material
10 is a guide frame, and the wire guide body ν is housed in the recess 10a at the lower end, and these two parts are used as a pair to form the main wire kite body ν as shown in FIG. It is pushed in from the side. This configuration has the advantage of requiring no adhesive compared to the conventional method of fixing both parts with adhesive (Fig. 1-2 (λ), (bJ)). It is possible to reduce assembly man-hours.

The printing wire 1 is inserted through each radial through hole 21 of the upper wire guide body 2, passes through a plurality of intermediate wire guide bodies 8, and then protrudes linearly on a plane perpendicular to the printing direction at the lower wire guide body 9. There is. Therefore, the printing wire 1 is gradually deflected from a radial direction to a linear direction by a plurality of intermediate wire guide bodies 8.

Thus, the present invention includes a plurality of printing wires, an upper wire guide body having a plurality of radially formed through holes through which the wires are pushed, and a space connected to the guide body and housing the printing wires. a main guide body having a main guide body, and a plurality of intermediate wire guide bodies each having a cross-sectional shape that has a through hole in the space and through which the printing wire communicates, and the through hole has a large entrance and tapers toward the exit. and a lower wire guide body having a plurality of linear through holes through which the printing wire communicates through the intermediate wire guide body. The inserted printing wire is exclusively inserted into the middle wire guide body which has a through hole with a large entrance and a narrow exit. Compared to the conventional intermediate wire guide body, which had multiple inlets and outlets with the same diameter for the printing wire, after inserting the printing wire into the upper wire guide body, It does not require special skill such as tweezers or insertion jigs to push the intermediate wire guide body and the tip wire guide body into the respective through holes, and has the effect of greatly reducing the number of assembly steps.
