３は導電性材料、４は渦電流、５は励磁電源、６は励磁
コイル、７は磁心、８は制御回路、９は増幅器、１０は
出力回路である。なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分に
は同一符号を付して示しである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電磁超音波トランスデユーサ−と、前記電磁超音波トラ
    ンスデユーサ−にパルス電流を通電するパルス発生回路
    と、前記電磁超音波トランスデユーサ−が検出した受信
    信号を増幅する増幅器と、前記増幅器で増幅された受信
    信号を出力する出力回路と、前記電磁超音波トランスデ
    ユーサ−に内蔵される電磁石を励磁する励磁電源とを有
    する電磁超音波応用装置において、前記励磁電源が流す
    励磁電流の向き番皮転する機能を有するか、もし、くは
    、励磁電流ρ向きを反転する回路を前記励磁電源と前記
    電磁超音波トランスデユーサ−との間に付加したことを
    特徴とする電磁超音波応用装置。
