ンズホルダーを介して設けられたレンズと、このレンズ
の光軸上に先手一体素子が合致するように調節配置され
る光半導体パッケージと、上記外筒の後端部から螺合さ
れ上記光半導体パッケージをレンズホルダー側へ押圧固
定する固定用ネジを有して成る光半導体モジュールであ
っ゛Ｂ上上記光半導体パンケージ上の外周面との間に空
隙部を有するつぼ形ホルダー内に固定すると −共
に、このつぼ形ホ／Ｌ／グーを上記固定用ネジでレンズ
ホルダー側へ押圧して上記光半導体パッケージを固定す

ぼ形ホルダーの端部のみを上記固定用ネジでレンズホル
ダー側へ押圧して上記光半導体パッケージを固定するよ
