て、上記フランジに上記ダンパ室と上記シリンダ内チャ
ンバとを連通ずる流路を配設し、弁体が常時上記チャン
バ側に付勢され且つ該弁体に常時両者を連通ずる絞りが
゛ 穿設されたチェック弁を上記流路に設けたことを
