    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 薄板状のキャリアの上面にセラミック基板上に電子回路
    部品を実装した高周波回路ユニットを搭載すると共に、
    上記キャリア上には上記高周波回路ユニットの周囲を囲
    むような第一の金属枠体を取り付け、さらにこの第一の
    金属枠体の上面に第二のキャリアを取り付けてこの上面
    に他の高周波回路ユニットを搭載すると共に、上記第二
    のキャリア上に第二の金属枠体を取り付けて二段構造と
    し、さらに上記第二の金属枠体の上面に蓋を取り付けた
    ことを特徴とする高周波部の筐体構造。
