る分割固定子の電機子巻線を示す分割部の巻線図、第４
図は第３図の巻線を適用した分割部の電機子巻線の要部
を示す正面図、第５図は第４図の分割線Ｘ−Ｘにおける
平面図、第６図は第５図の巻線をＣ方向に見た図である
。 １・・・固定子鉄心、１ａ・・・分割面、１ｂ・・・ス
ロット、２・・・電機子コイル、１１・・・−辺側コイ
ルをなず上口コイル、１１ａ・・・コイル導体、１２・
・・他辺側コイルをなす下口コイル、１２ａ・・・コイ
ル導体、１３．１４・・・頭部、１８・・・導電性接着
剤。なお、図中同一符号は同二又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円周方向に対し複数に分割された固定子が分解可能に結
    合されていて、多数の電機子コイルの一辺と他辺とが固
    定子鉄心あスロットにほぼ極間隔にまたがり装着された
    電機子巻線において、上記゛　　固定子の分割線をまた
    ぐ各電機子コイルを両側頭部で分割し、それぞれ分割の
    一方側の固定子鉄心のスロットに装着された一辺倒コイ
    ルの両側頭部の各巻回のコイル導体端と、分割の他方側
    の固定子鉄・６のスロットに装着され上記−辺側コイル
    に対応する他辺側コイルの両側頭部の各巻回のコイル導
    体端とを、それぞれ導電性接着剤により接着接続してあ
    り、この導電性接着剤は所定加熱温度゛　　範囲では硬
    化接着し、より高温加熱により接着力が弱くなり分離可
    能となる特性を有することを特徴とする分割固定子の電
    機子巻線。
