Claims

A pair of bent pieces that are bent into a substantially inverted U shape and whose open end portions are bent at an obtuse angle toward the center are fixed with legs extending downward at substantially right angles, and a braking surface is attached to the upper part of the bent pieces. A pair of brake rubbers facing upward is formed into a removable member, one end of an inner wire is connected to the closed side of the member via an end, and the other end of the inner wire is attached to a handle.
