Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ホッパーの出口部に設けられている粒体用流量調
    節弁であって、弁体が相重なる２枚の球面板で構成され
    、かつそれぞれの球面板には近似三角形状又は近似半円
    形状の切欠部があり、この２枚の球面板を同一の軸を介
    して相反する方向に回動させることによりホッパーの軸
    芯を中心として開口部の面積が変更できるようにしたＫ
    ｉ４調節弁において、ホッパー下部のスロート下端外周
    部と球面板との摺接部に生ずる粒体のたまり部に粒体た
    まり防止ブロックを設置したことを特徴とする流量調節
    弁の弁開閉部の構造。
  2. （２）粒体たまり防止ブロックはスロート下端外周部に
    設けるものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    構造。
  3. （３）粒体たまり防止ブロックは球面板の上面後方角部
    に設けるものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の構造。
  4. （４）粒体た１り防止ブロックは原料の安息角を越える
    急斜面としたくちばし状のものである実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１、第２又は第３項記載の構造。
