Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 原稿の画像情報を光電変換素子を用いて電気信号として
    得、これをデジタル信号として扱う装置において、画像
    情報を処理する信号処理装置と並′列に原稿サイズ検知
    回路を設け、用紙選択回路へ接続するとともに、前記原
    稿サイズ検知回路における主走査方向および副走査方向
    のデータの入力の際に、照明ランプにより原稿のエツジ
    に発生する影の黒情報を入力し、この黒情報にもとづい
    て原稿のエツジ間の間隔を検知し得るようにすることを
    特徴とする原稿サイズの検知装置。
