Therefore, in order to reinforce this decrease in yield strength, in the past, the transverse reinforcement type shown in Figure 1a, the stirrup type shown in Figure 1, the diagonal reinforcement type shown in Figure 1C, and the combination of transverse reinforcement and sub-tire reinforcement shown in Figure 1d are used. Formula, Figure 1 e
There are various construction methods, such as the wire mesh method shown in Figure 1, and the plate method shown in Fig. 1, or a combination of these methods, but all of these methods have difficulty in construction, resulting in long construction periods and long construction times. There are many drawbacks, such as variations in strength and the inability to obtain uniform yield strength, which makes quality control difficult, and in some cases, the reinforcing metal fittings themselves are expensive and inconvenient to transport. These drawbacks have been resolved. The appearance of reinforcing metal fittings has been highly desired in the construction industry.

The purpose of the present invention is to fully meet these demands and provide a reinforcing metal fitting that is extremely convenient for quality control by simplifying construction, improving and equalizing reinforcement strength, and simplifying design. The reinforcing metal fitting is comprised of a bifurcated longitudinal member whose tip extends in one direction and a linear longitudinal member which is tied to the bifurcated root of the member and extends in the other direction.

In the above embodiment, the bifurcated longitudinal member 1 is connected to the linear longitudinal member 2 by screwing or caulking using a binding tool, but the invention is not limited to this, and any method such as welding may be used. The binding means may also be used.

Next, in the construction using the reinforcing metal fittings 3 of the first embodiment, two of the reinforcing metal fittings 3 are made into a set, and these metal fittings 3, 3 are inserted from both sides of the hole, that is, the through sleeve 4, as shown in FIG. The metal fittings 3 are arranged so as to surround the beam, and each metal fitting 3 is connected to the reinforcing bars 5, 5 forming the frame of the beam at the tip of the bifurcated portion with wire or the like.

Next, the inventor has a height of 50077E171. A reinforced concrete casing with a width of 30 mm and a length of 500 mm with the reinforcing fittings of the first embodiment embedded therein was prepared, and loads were applied from above and below as shown in Figure 6 to apply shear force to the reinforced concrete casing. At that time, as shown in Figure 7, the force acting on each part of the reinforcing metal fittings was measured using strain gauges attached to each part.

Here, in view of the measurement results in the table above, a shown in Figure 7
At points d and d, a tensile force in the direction of the arrow acts regardless of whether the load P is positive or negative, and it can be estimated that a tensile force in the direction of the arrow also acts at points d and c.

Here, since the metal parts related to points a and b and the metal parts related to points C and d are tied together by the fasteners 1c, they tend to expand around the hole as the liquid progresses. The action is restricted and the yield strength increases.

That is, from these facts, it is thought that the reinforcing metal fitting 3 exhibits a behavior similar to that of a hoop action, and the reinforcing effect becomes high.

Furthermore, the tensile force of the metal fittings at points a, b, c, and d is dispersed and supported by the metal fittings at points e, f, and g, and the reinforcing effect is further enhanced.

As described above, according to the present invention, the bifurcated longitudinal portion 1 of the reinforcing metal fitting 3 surrounds the periphery of the hole from the left and right, so that the hoop action-like force acting on the periphery of the hole is prevented by the bifurcated longitudinal portion 1. In addition, the reinforcing metal fittings 3, 3 can be arranged in a facing relationship so as to surround the periphery of the hole, so the construction can be simplified and the construction period can be shortened. Further, since the structure is simple, it can be obtained at a low price, and it is easy to standardize, which is extremely convenient in terms of quality control, and it has effects such as being easy to pack and transport.
