Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 此の発明は、従来のめのうの研磨製品では、平面カット
、カーポジコン方式で、石の表面が平らで変化がカいと
思い、縞が入っているめのうの特性で、硬質、軟質のあ
るのがわかり、機械加工が、薬品加工で、表面の軟質部
分を凹型圧して、硬質１部分を浮出し、縞模様を作る事
で、介在に力い新しい表面変化のある石のアクセサリ−
が出来ると思いました。
めのうの縞の部分を、どの様にして浮かす事が出来るか
と、色々薬品等の試験をして最終的には、弗化水素酸５
５チ液中に、めのうを入れ、軟質部分だけが溶解して行
き、約１時間位で縞浮出しは出来ます□が、天然石のた
め、各石質の違いが有シますので、倍の時間、液に入れ
なければ出来ない物もあります。溶解時に付着した不純
物は、カーポランダム（金剛砂）で表面仕上を吹は加工
し、その後震動バレル研磨で仕上まて行う。この結果め
のう浮出しが美しく仕上ります。
従来のめのう表面研磨は、長い間、平面的な光で美しい
石目を出して来ました０此の度の発明は少々民芸調的な
面を石の表面に出しました。前者が宝石研磨であれば、
後者は民芸研磨だと思います。
一般的のアクセサリ−に、又細工置物にも応用出来ます
。

  1. 縞めのうを、弗化水素酸液中に入れ、めのうの軟質部分
    を溶解し、硬質部分を浮き出させる方法。
