Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は足場板連結具に関するものである。
一般住宅、ビルの新築、外装改築等に際しては鋼管製足
場材を使用して足場を組立て、この足場に長尺状足場板
を架設して建築作業、建築機材の運搬等がなされている
が、本考案は足場式角部において交叉状に重合載置する
二枚の足場板端部を連結し、足場板を安定させて作業を
安全になし得るようにした足場板連結具を提供すること
を目的とする。
以下図面に従って本考案の一実施例を詳述する。
第１図、第２図において１は本考案に係る連結具本体で
あり、この本体１は長尺状上板２の両端部長さ方向片側
に垂直板３を下方へ連設し、各垂直板３には上板２と相
対するよう水平方向へ連結板４を連設し、更に各連結板
４には下方から締着用ボルト５を螺挿した形状を有して
いる。
そして、第２図に示すように両垂直板３の内側端面３ａ
間隔巾１は、少なくとも公知の足場板の横巾間隔と同一
か或いは足場板の横巾間隔よりやや大きくなっている。
本考案は上記構成であり、次に使用状態について説明す
る。
公知の足場６に架設した足場板７の端部上に、足場６の
入角部において他の足場板８端部を重合載置する時、一
方の足場板８上に連結具本体１を載せれば垂直板３間が
足場板８の横巾と同じか大きい間隔となっているので上
板２が足場板８に載置され、垂直板３と連結板４は下方
に位置するため本体１を足場板８の長さ方向にそって移
動させ、連結板４を足場板７の下面に位置させてボルト
５を締着ければ両足場板７，８の重合端部は上板２とボ
ルト５間に挟着され固定状態となる。
従って、足場板７，８端部は交叉部において重合固定さ
れることになり、両足場板７，８の中間部、他端部側を
足場に適宜連結することにより足場板は揺れることなく
安定し、足場板上での建築作業、建築機材の運搬等を安
全に、容易になすことができる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
図面は本考案の一実施例を示すものであって、第１図は
本考案連結具の斜視図、第２図は同正面図、第３図は使
用状態を示す斜視図である。 １は連結具本体、２は上板、３は垂直板、４は連結板、
５はボルトである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 長尺状上板２の両端部長さ方向片側に下方向へ垂直板３
    を連設するとともに各垂直板３には上板と相対するよう
    に連結板４を水平方向へ連設して各連結板４には下方か
    ら締着用ボルト５を螺挿し、両垂直板３の内側端面３ａ
    間隔巾１は少なくとも足場板の横巾間隔と同一として成
    ることを特徴とする足場板連結具。
