    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 超音波発生用のコイルを含む駆動部が一端に固定された
    磁歪線の他端側に変位可能に配置された検出部を有する
    変位位置検出装置において、前記検出部は永久磁石と一
    方のコアに超音波検出用のコイルが装着された一対のコ
    アとをコ字状に組立てて構成した検出ヘッドを有し、こ
    の検出ヘッド内に前記磁歪線が位置するように検出部を
    配置してなる変位位置検出装置。
