Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一方の端部に略Ｕ字状の開口部を且つ他方の端部に試験
    されるパッケージの導電端子の外径寸法とほぼ等しい寸
    法の接触部を有する複数個のコンタクトばねを前記接触
    部を外方に突出させて配設した第１および第２のソケッ
    トコネクタを備え、前記第１のソケットコネクタを試験
    装置に接続し且つこの第１のソケットコネクタ上に前記
    第２のソケットコネクタを前記コンタクトばねが滑動接
    触し得る状態で積層配置し、前記第２のソケット占ネク
    タの前記開口部とパッケージの導電端子とを係合させて
    このパッケージの試験を成すことを特徴とする試験接続
    器。
