    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シートクッション側の第１ヒンジ部材と、シートバック
    側の第２ヒンジ部材と、前記第１ヒンジ部材と第２ヒン
    ジ部材を枢着する軸と、前記第１ヒンジ部材と第２ヒン
    ジ部材の一方に設けられ、前記軸を中心とする弧状の固
    定セクタギアと、前記第１ヒンジ部材と第２ヒンジ部材
    の他方に枢支され、前記固定セクタギアと噛合する可動
    セクタギアと、前記可動セクタギアを前記固定セクタギ
    アと噛合、離脱なす作動レバーよりなるシートリクライ
    ニング装置において、前記可動セクタギアの枢支側端部
    の歯高が１歯分だけ小さく形成されていることを特徴と
    するシートリクライニング装置。
